The Service is intended solely for informational and research purposes.

The Service is currently provided in a beta / pilot phase. Features, structure, and output format may change without prior notice.

2. Intended Use

The Service is intended for professional informational use by researchers, healthcare professionals, and individuals familiar with clinical research methodology.

The Service is not designed for patient use or for making individual treatment decisions.

3. No Medical Advice

The content provided by OncoBriefly:

  • Does not constitute medical advice

  • Is not intended for diagnosis or treatment decisions

  • Must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment

All outputs are generated using artificial intelligence systems and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

Users remain fully responsible for how the information is interpreted and used.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

  • OncoBriefly shall not be responsible for inaccuracies originating from third-party data sources.

In any event, the total liability of OncoBriefly shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

6. Payments and Refunds

OncoBriefly provides a digital service delivered immediately after purchase.

By completing a purchase, the user expressly agrees that:

  • Delivery begins immediately, and

  • The right of withdrawal may be waived once the service has been fully delivered.

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not available once delivery has occurred.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of the purchased service, users may contact support@oncobriefly.com, and we will review the request.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

OncoBriefly reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service

  • Refuse service in cases of abuse, automated misuse, or violation of these Terms

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.
